As a Starter and an introduction to Personal Training, an UrbanOne starter pack will get you on your feet. This is composed of three sessions with a Personal Trainer. Beginning with meeting your trainer and a needs analysis. Then we bring out the measurements and assessment, which is followed by the training. Now you know what personal training is about, and got your body used to training, how about the main course!
Platinum Pack
